KÖNIGS WUSTERHAUSEN - HOUSING

In the northern part of the quarter in the direction of the Scheederstraße, two areas were planned for living in old age, which are divided into assisted living with common areas, consierge service and, on the other side, the senior residence for older people who no longer want to or can live alone. In the middle and southern parts of the quarter, modern apartment buildings are planned which, however, do justice to the old buildings through the clinker facade and should not look like a new building area. The area is divided into two construction phases, which can be seen in the diagram (construction phase I and construction phase II).
There are many green areas on the site. These are divided into public green spaces, which are accessible to all residents and their visitors, and private green spaces, which are only accessible to the respective residents.
